I’ve read many articles on earning money with Google’s AdSense. Some guru’s claim to recieve five figure checks from Google every month.
The trick with these people is that they have a lot of content. More content, means more visitors, which means more clicks and thus more money. The content is written to attract certain keywords which are known earn a lot of money. Of course, professionals don’t just have one site, they have several. In order to cope with all this content they have an almost full-time job. That’s not bad if you earn a five figure amount every month.
But, how about us, regular bloggers who just want to share our bit of knowledge with the rest of the world. Most of us have Google Ads on our site, including me. My site has been refurbished quite a few times in the past few months and the content I had is gone. So, I’m not really hot in this business.
Most bloggers post a few items every few days. Some of us are really cool and post several items a day. What I want to know is: can Google Ads pay your (blogging) bills?
I mean, is there really anyone, except the kick-ass professional bloggers, who can make a bit of money of their blog? And if so, do they have any tips they’d like to share with the world?
Please let me know or post any relevant articles here. I’m looking forward to your reponse!

I’m with you on this. It seems to me that most of the ppl making money from their websites are ppl telling us how to make money with websites.
They all spout the same stuff. “Good content”, “use adsense”, blah blah blah. So what happens? A few thousand more people take their advice and set up MORE sites regurgitating, “How to make money from your site”. It’s like MLM by stealth.
As for adsense, well I for one refuse to use it. I’m sick of seeing the stuff plastered all over almost every website on the net. It’s annoying and makes sites look scruffy.
For that reason I’ve been looking into the various sites that pay you for putting text ads on your site, rather than all this pay per click rubbish.
The trouble with paid ads is that the companies doing that aren’t interested in sites like mine with avaerage traffic. So who gets to put these paid ads on their sites? Yep, you guessed it. All those ppl regurgitating the “How to make money with your website” rubbish.
I’ve seen very few none “how to make money” sites claiming that they are making anything other than a pittence. The only others I can think of are the major sites like ebay, yahoo and the TV news station sites.
I have few web sites - 1 of them is in top 60,000 web sites. I am seo and web design guy. So i have optimised that site very well.
I am earning 30 to 40$ every day. While I am living in the UK this 1000 -$ make 500 UK
